Del Mar Dog Life is a real family business: care may come from a trusted member of our family or a team member, so your dog gets the same trusted attention no matter who shows up. We offer flexible walk and visit options for Del Mar, Carmel Valley, and Solana Beach, whether you need a one-off visit or a standing weekly schedule.

 

We give every client an arrival window rather than a single fixed time, since traffic and each dog's needs can shift a visit by a few minutes. Every morning, we let you know when to expect us that day, so you're never left wondering.

 

New Client Visit Series 

For new dog walking clients, we recommend starting with six 1.5-hour visits before moving to standard walk lengths. These extended visits give us time to properly learn your dog's routine, comfort level, and any quirks, so the transition to regular visits goes smoothly for everyone, especially your dog.

 

New Client Visit (1.5 hours): $6 visits at $80/visits

 

Dog Walking Rates

 

Most dog walkers offer 20-30 minute walks. Ours run 40-45 minutes, so your dog gets real time outside, not just a quick check-in.

 

Add-On Pet Visit: $45 for a 45-minute visit

Walk & feed. For clients who need an occasional, one-off visit outside of a regular schedule.

 

Repeating Pet Visit: $40 for a 40-minute visit

Reserved at the same time each week. Walk & feed. For clients with a consistent weekly need, book once, and we handle the rest.

 

Group Pet Visit: $70 for a 40-minute visit

Recurring, same time each week. Walk & feed. For multi-pet households needing a coordinated visit for the whole crew.

 

Weekend rate: +$5 per visit for visits occurring Friday 6pm–Monday 6am.
