What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

The cancellation fee is full price for individual services reservations cancelled less than 7 days. (Dog training, petsitting, additional walks, or any non-weekly service) Canceled reservations for weekly repeating dog visits are charged full price. Repeating weekly visits are reserved for time regardless if clients uses services or not. Clients will receive a refund if we are on vacation and cannot schedule a staff member to cover the visit.

Are you a certified dog trainer?

Our head dog trainer is currently enrolled in CATCH Canine’s dog training certification program along with workshops specializing in dog behavior and leash skills. Our primary dog training focus is good citizen skills in public settings. We use LIMA principles and positive enrichment such as scent detection games to help your dog relax in public.

How much is a dog walk in Solana Beach?

Accepted Answer

Weekly dog walking & training services in Solana Beach start at $40. Visits are 40 minutes and include enrichment activities. Thursday pack walks are $50 to destinations such as San Dieguito County Park, Fletcher Cove and San Elijo Lagoon.

Do you offer dog walking in Rancho Penasquitos?

Only dog training visits are available in Rancho Penasquitos. We are currently hiring dog care professionals for dog walking services in nearby areas. We expect this area to be available soon.

How much are your dog walks in Carmel Valley?

Accepted Answer

Weekly dog walking & training services in Carmel Valley start at $40. Visits are 40 minutes and include enrichment activities. Thursday pack walks are $50 to destinations such as San Dieguito County Park, Pacific Highlands and San Elijo Lagoon.

Are you available for pet sitting this Thanksgiving and Christmas?

No, we are not available for any services this Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Question 7

How much time are you with my dog during pet sitting?

Accepted Answer

Usually around 12 hours a day. Our pet sitting services offer an evening walk with meals, and stay overnight in your home. This is followed by a morning meal and walk; then a visit later that afternoon for another walk.

Question 8

Do you offer constant care in my home? My dog is very anxious and can’t be left alone.

Accepted Answer

We can cuddle with your Velcro Dog in the evening, but we do not offer constant care in any way. We can recommend our training program to assist dog owners with anxiety, reactivity and behavior issues.
