The cancellation fee is full price for individual services reservations cancelled less than 7 days. (Dog training, petsitting, additional walks, or any non-weekly service)Canceled reservations for weekly repeating dog visits are charged full price. Repeating weekly visits are reserved for time regardless if clients uses services or not. Clients will receive a refund if we are on vacation and cannot schedule a staff member to cover the visit.

Our dog trainer is currently enrolled in CATCH Canine’s dog training certification program along with workshops specializing in dog behavior and leash skills. Our primary dog training focus is good citizen skills in public settings. We use LIMA principles and positive enrichment such as scent detection games to help your dog relax in public.

We use Time to Pet to send photo and video updates. Usually the days' updates are sent toward the end of each day. We are also available through text and phone for any questions and concerns.

Weekly dog walking & training services in Solana Beach start at $40. Visits are 40 minutes and include enrichment activities. Thursday pack walks are $50 to destinations such as San Dieguito County Park, Fletcher Cove and San Elijo Lagoon.

All pet care is in your home, its keeps them comfortable and closest to their usual routine

We can cuddle with your Velcro Dog in the evening, but we do not offer constant care in any way. We can recommend our training program to assist dog owners with anxiety, reactivity and behavior issues.

Usually around 12 hours a day for overnight care. Our pet sitting services offer an evening walk with meals, and stay overnight in your home. This is followed by a morning meal and walk; then a visit later that afternoon for another walk. Space is limited for overnight care.Overnight stay + 1 afternoon walk/feed visit: $130 ($140 on weekends)Drop in pet sitting are three scheduled 45-90 minute visits a day to keep their own routine, with frequent live check-ins throughout the day. Ideal for pets who do best at home, or when the overnight stay is already booked.- 3 visits/day (morning walk & feed, afternoon walk, evening walk & feed): $130 ($140 on weekends)

During a visit, we will make sure your pet has adequate fresh water, food, play/interaction time, and a chance to relieve themselves.

We will always attempt to contact you for instructions. At your instruction, we will take your pet to your usual vet. In the case of an emergency or if we cannot reach you, we may take your pet to an alternate vet or emergency clinic using our best judgement. The client is responsible for veterinary fees.
