That's why every new pet sitting client starts with our New Client Onboarding Series: six in-home visits before your first overnight stay, where we get to know your dog, your home, and your routines properly. By the time we're staying over, your dog isn't meeting us for the first time; they already know us.

 

 New Client Onboarding Series

Six 1.5-hour in-home visits, personally led, focused on building real comfort and trust between your dog and your sitter, not a quick meet-and-greet, but genuine time spent together in your dog's own environment.

 

Most pet sitting clients only need us once or twice a year, which makes this upfront relationship-building even more important. A dog who only sees a sitter once annually needs a real foundation of trust, not a rushed introduction the day before you fly out.

Two Ways We Care for Your Pet While You're Away

Once onboarding is complete, choose the option that fits your pet best.

 

Overnight Stay

Personally provided, only one overnight stay booked per night, so it's worth reserving early. A real person in your home overnight, with a walk and feed visit added in the afternoon to round out full-day coverage.

 

- 12-hour overnight stay + 1 afternoon walk/feed visit: $130 ($140 on weekends)

 

Daily Visit Series

Provided by our trusted family and team members, every one of whom goes through the same onboarding your pet already knows. Three scheduled visits a day means your pet stays in their own space, on their own routine, with frequent live check-ins throughout the day. Ideal for pets who do best at home, or when the overnight stay is already booked.

 

-3 visits/day (morning walk & feed, afternoon walk, evening walk & feed):** $130 ($140 on weekends)

 

-Weekend rate applies to visits/stays occurring Friday 6pm–Monday 6am.
