To help your dog have a cleaner mouth whenever she dog tries to lick your face, Del Mar Dog Life has added tooth brushing as part of our overnight pet sitting and dog walking services.
A few of our guest dogs already receive a daily dental routine at home and so we are extending this care as part of our family’s ongoing services. I am now brushing your dog’s teeth during each visit and will provide a personal toothbrush and toothpaste for each of our dog guests. For most our dog guests this was a new experience and we have learned together how to cooperate while brushing their teeth and feel happier about grooming.
Regular tooth brushing is a wonderful bonding experience for dogs and provides them with a feeling that you are taking care of their needs.

The frequent tooth brushing of our guests improve over time and with enough repetition the dogs cooperate better and look forward to the experience. It allows me to inspect each dogs mouth for damaged teeth from chewing hard bones or toys not designed for dogs. Better dental hygiene from frequent brushing is beneficial when you take your dog to visit a veterinarian or professional dog groomer.
