How many times should I have a pet sitter come?At least once a day for cats and 3-4 times a day for dogs in order to ensure your pets comfort.

What if my pet becomes ill or injured while I'm away?We will always attempt to contact you for instructions. At your instruction, we will take your pet to your usual vet. In the case of an emergency or if we cannot reach you, we may take your pet to an alternate vet or emergency clinic using our best judgement. The client is responsible for veterinary fees.

What will you do during a pet sitting visit?During a visit, we will make sure your pet has adequate fresh water, food, play/interaction time, and a chance to relieve themselves.

Do you take care of pets in my home or yours?In yours generally, its keeps them comfortable and closest to their usual routine

Will you provide updates on how my pet is doing during the stay?Expect regular photo and video updates. Usually the days' updates are sent toward the end of each day. We are also available through text and phone for any questions and concerns.

What is your cancellation policy?The cancellation fee is 50% if it is canceled within 72hrs for overnights and 24hrs for any other services. Any other services canceled 3 days prior to when the service starts is $25.
