At least once a day for cats and 3-4 times a day for dogs in order to ensure your pets comfort.
We will always attempt to contact you for instructions. At your instruction, we will take your pet to your usual vet. In the case of an emergency or if we cannot reach you, we may take your pet to an alternate vet or emergency clinic using our best judgement. The client is responsible for veterinary fees.
During a visit, we will make sure your pet has adequate fresh water, food, play/interaction time, and a chance to relieve themselves.

Expect regular photo and video updates. Usually the days' updates are sent toward the end of each day. We are also available through text and phone for any questions and concerns.
The cancellation fee is 50% if it is canceled within 72hrs for overnights and 24hrs for any other services. Any other services canceled 3 days prior to when the service starts is $25.
